Acute Trailer Manufacturing Ltd. is a trailer manufacturer specializing in teardrop camping trailers. We can provide any necessary service to any of the products that we manufacture and sell. Acute Trailer Manufacturing Ltd. doesn’t provide any services for installing wiring, hitches and isolators in tow vehicles as this is not our area of business although we can supply the components through our part sales. These services can be aquired at many certified mechanic shops and dealerships.

Acute Trailer Manufacturing Ltd. Shop Rate = $60.00/hr. 

Limited Warranty

Acute Trailer Manufacturing Ltd. warranties that all Adventure Teardrop camping trailers sold as new will be free from substantial defects in material and workmanship, when used under normal operating conditions and maintained as outlined in the provided owners manual, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase to the first retail customer.

Any defects in material and workmanship found by Acute Trailer Manufacturing Ltd. after inspection will be repaired or replaced without charge to the customer for parts and labour. Acute Trailer Manufacturing Ltd. shall not be held liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent or consequential damages arising from the use of Adventure Teardrop camping trailers.

Exclusion of Warranty

The limited warranty offered by Acute Trailer Manufacturing Ltd. has the following exclusions:

1. Failure to comply with routine maintenance as outlined in the owners manual.
2. Any items that have been modified or added after date of purchase.
3. Overloading and improper load distribution.
4. Normal wear and usage, misuse, neglect, fading of colors, oxidation and effects of moisture and/or condensation build up within the trailer.
5. Repairs made by others without informing Acute Trailer Manufacturing Ltd.
6. Costs incurred for transportation of Adventure Teardrop camping trailer to service location.

Warranty Service

The customer shall contact and notify Acute Trailer Manufacturing Ltd. about a warranty claim or suspected defect and deliver the Adventure Teardrop camping trailer within a reasonable time after discovery for an inspection by the manufacturer. Acute Trailer Manufacturing Ltd. reserves the right to determine if the Adventure Teardrop camping trailer has been misused in any way. Acute Trailer Manufacturing Ltd. will determine a reasonable time to perform required actions.

As we are a smaller company, we are not beyond reason and will look at any problems that have been encountered and try to find a realistic solution.
